I was looking for ways to differentiate my jewelry and maybe add a little sophistication when I saw a woman wearing a bolo tie at a convention and I really liked the way it accessorized an otherwise plain outfit. I chose the old standby of skulls because everyone loves them and they never really go out of fashion.

Buring Skull Bolo Tie was laser cut on multi-layered birch wood and hand painted with wood stain and acrylic paint. Bolo clip measured 2" width x 3.25" height x .5" thick, hung on 36" dyed and braided leather cord trimmed with gold-finished steel tips.
