I created this plaque for Helikon Gallery’s Nerd Out group show in 2018. I had successfully sold a number multi-layered fan art plaques through QPop Shop and I was looking to make something strange and maybe a little uncomfortable when I happened to watch Princess Mononoke for the dozenth time and was struck with inspiration.

Forest Spirit Plaque was laser cut on multi-layered birch wood and hand painted with wood stain and acrylic paint. Plaque measured 15" width x 16.75" height
