This design, a manekineko with a skull instead of a coin, is based on a screen print I made back in college and it seems I keep coming back to this image and bringing it with me as I experiment and adopt new mediums.

Unlucky Cat Necklace was laser cut on birch wood and hand painted with acrylic paint. Pendant measured 1.38 in wide x 2 in tall x .125 in thick and hung on 24 in gold-finished steel chain.
